MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on December 9th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, December 9th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.
Holiday support hours
MACC will be closed in observance of Christmas on December 25th and the New Year on January 1st. Enjoy a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones!
Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Accounting Master and Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. For Accounting Master Jump Start Training, please contact your Client Relations Manager. The following training date is available for Customer Master.

Real-time balance information and payments with CDS Global
At MBTC this fall Craig Aman announced MACC was pursuing real-time balances and payment processing with CDS Global, which is the company MACC partners with to deliver eBill. We are excited to announce the first batch of companies successfully migrated to this enhanced payment processing this past month!

Aatrix Tax Processing
Aatrix offers a ‘Test Drive,’ allowing you to go through a practice tax processing session, which we highly recommend. In addition to MACC’s Accounting Master Software Support Representatives, Aatrix will also be available to answer your tax processing questions.
