MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on January 10th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, January 10th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.

A new year brings a new MACC website
The calendar isn’t the only thing changing at MACC. This week, we launched a brand-new website. The address remains the same at maccnet.com, but for you as a MACC client a more important address to bookmark is maccclientcentral.com. This is the location of Client Central, which is a new and improved version of MACC’s Client Pages.

Doug Barber
Doug Barber is December’s featured employee. As a production operator, he joins the rest of the billing team in the important tasks of printing, inserting, and mailing statements each month. Doug and the rest of the team ensure every aspect of the bill production process is completed correctly and on-time. He also helps print and trim bill stuffers.

Postage rates will change this month
The U.S. Postal Service is changing its postage rates later this month. Effective January 24th, the following rates will take effect.
