MACC Announcements

MACC will be conducting network maintenance on March 11th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, March 11th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.

Daylight Savings Time reminder
Daylight Savings Time starts at 2:00 A.M. on Sunday, March 11th. Don’t forget to set your switch time AHEAD by one hour at or near 2:00 A.M. on that night.

This presentation shows Customer Master users how to manage telephone and other network numbers. We’ll discuss how to set up the maintenance tables associated with network numbers, how to reserve or assign numbers, and the reporting that is available to help monitor network number assignment. Software Update

Keep your numbers in order with customizable reference codes

Accurate tracking of phone numbers in Customer Master is crucial. The Number Reference feature will help you manage details about telephone numbers. Maybe you have a range of numbers reserved for a specific purpose. Without a note on that number in Customer Master, it’s possible the number could be issued to another customer.

We added an updated version of our Bill Master Reports User Guide to our website in February. It has a complete list of reports available in Bill Master. The guide includes a description of each report, a description of the data contained in each column and report examples. You’ll find the new guide in the Billing Services section of the Client Pages.
