MACC will be conducting network maintenance on September 8th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, September 8th our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.

Jump Start Training is available for Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. MACC’s Featured Employee
This month’s featured MACC employee is CABS Quality Control Coordinator Nancy Stork. In her role she makes sure the data tables containing CICs and exchanges are current, plus she helps with a wide variety of other CABS related tasks. Nancy also works in our welcome center where she directs calls and visitors to the right department.

MACC is selected by Stratford Mutual Telephone Company
Stratford Mutual Telephone Company (SMTC) has chosen Mid America Computer Corporation (MACC) for its new BSS/OSS solution. The company recently completed its conversion to MACC’s platform and is now using it to meet its billing, customer management, and accounting needs.
Located in Stratford, Iowa the company provides internet, telephone, and cable television to the communities of Stratford, Gilbert, Jewell, and Roland. SMTC is currently in the midst of a significant upgrade to its cable television system in three of its communities. Please join us in welcoming them to the MACC family!
See a sneak peek of time-saving enhancements heading your way
MACC never rests when it comes to improving our products and the latest fruits of our labor will become available next month when version 19.2 of Customer Master and Accounting Master is released. If you’re attending MBTC this month, be sure to attend both products’ “What’s New” sessions for more information and watch for future versions of the MACC eMessage for complete details. Put a shield on your data with tips from MACC’s Tech Team at MBTC 2019
At MBTC 2019, the Technical Support Team will be flying in to teach about proper cyber security procedures and some of the threats that come with lack of preparation. We’ll be knocking out topics such as the different types of attacks, how to protect your machine, proper password use, and other topics to help you put a shield of security between you and hostile attacks.
