Huddle up…It’s time to register for the 2016 MBTC

This year we are excited to offer MORE training and MORE general sessions for you to attend during the 2016 MACC Billing and Technology Conference (MBTC).  To register, visit the MBTC’s website. Here are just a few things we’d like to highlight as you head downfield to Omaha this September…

Training

This year’s TRAINING DAY offers MORE paid training classes than ever before! Improve your MACC playbook and take ALL the training sessions you’d like on Day 1 and Day 3 of the conference for the low price of $139…that’s an $800 value! Paid training will ONLY be offered on Day 1 and 3, leaving Day 2 packed with informative sessions and complimentary training.

NEW THIS YEAR! We are excited to offer COACH THE COACH in the morning on Day 1/Day 3 of the conference. This extended 4-hour session will focus on what you need to make your office’s Customer Master team work as efficiently as possible. We’ll talk about the many options available in Customer Master to streamline your processes. If you are an office manager, team leader, administrator or anyone interested in process improvements and efficiencies, this session is for you!!!

One-on-One Sessions- Due to the continued popularity of this feature, we will again have a complimentary hands-on training room staffed with MACC employees throughout the entire conference. Stop in for one-on-one conversations about our products and take advantage of this great opportunity to ask staff specific questions you may have about MACC products.

Food and Fun

Day 1 – Hospitality – Join us in the hotel atrium from 5:30 – 7:30 pm for a MACC TAILGATE PARTY! Enjoy an array of food and beverages while you visit with MACC employees and your peers to prepare your game plan for the conference.

Day 2 – Banquet Night – This year in addition to cocktails and a delicious dinner buffet, we are excited to present the comedy magic of Joe Cole! Wear your favorite team colors and come prepared to be amazed!
