All-Group Meeting – MACC Team

MACC will be closed Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th.
The MACC team will be gathering offsite for an All-Group meeting, where we will be discussing products, services, efficiencies, support, and many more things to insure we are providing the level of service you have come to depend on to run your day-to-day operations.

Broadband Labels – how MACC will help!
All of you are aware of the impending October 10th deadline to have broadband labels available to your customers from your website. Reminder that once you are upgraded to Customer Master 24.1, you can create the labels within the program. We’ve created these instructions to help you generate your company’s Broadband Labels, but if you need help, your Software Support Rep can provide assistance.
If MACC hosts your website, use our website hosting support page to request Broadband Label assistance. Our partner, Business Builders, will contact you and provide a quote to add the labels to your website. Once you have approved the quote, Business Builders will add the labels to your site and make them live based on the timelines you establish.
If your company does not use MACC’s hosting for your website, please contact your Client Solutions Manager for information on ways MACC can help.
We encourage you to take action soon to meet this regulatory requirement to ensure your company’s labels are displayed on your website well in advance of the deadline.

MACC’s Monthly Recipes
Maintenance Sunday – August 11th
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, August 11th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month.
