Beer Cheese Dip

  • 2 packages (8 oz) of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
  • 1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Dipping foods

  • Pretzels
  • Sour dough bread
  • Onion bread

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, beer, and dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese.
  3. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Serve with pretzels, sour dough bread, or onion bread. Cut bread into bit size pieces before serving.

Yields: 3 ½ cups
