Beer Cheese Dip
- 2 packages (8 oz) of cream cheese
- 1/3 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
- 1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Dipping foods
- Pretzels
- Sour dough bread
- Onion bread
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, beer, and dressing mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Serve with pretzels, sour dough bread, or onion bread. Cut bread into bit size pieces before serving.
Yields: 3 ½ cups
