Robbin Rasmussen

This month’s featured employee is Robbin Rasmussen. As a Customer Master Software Support Representative, she spends her days answering questions and helping clients with our software.

Q. When did you start at MACC?
A. I started at MACC in 2007.

Q. What’s your favorite part of your job?
A. Working with my customers as they’re the best!!!!

Q. Can you please tell us about your family?
A. I have been married to my husband, Rick (who also works at MACC in our Technical Support Team), for 29 years. We have three grown children. Our oldest is our daughter who is happily married to a great guy and she works as a designer for a major kitchen re-modeling firm in Omaha. Her husband works in armed security. Our next child is one of our sons and he is also happily married to his beautiful wife. He is in the Marine Corps and stationed in Japan. His wife is getting her masters degree in genetic research at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. And our youngest son enjoys the single life. He is a leasing agent for several properties in Omaha and is going on his second season as an opera singer for Opera Omaha.

Q. What do you do for fun in your free time?
A. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Kayaking and camping are always fun and I also do a lot of volunteer work for various veterans’ groups.

Q. If you could travel anywhere to spend a week on vacation, where would it be?
A. I would go to Japan since my son is there.

Q. What’s your favorite quote?
A. It’s the closest to Friday we’ve been all week!!!
