MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on September 8th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, September 8th our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.
Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. Nancy Stork
This month’s featured MACC employee is CABS Quality Control Coordinator Nancy Stork. In her role she makes sure the data tables containing CICs and exchanges are current, plus she helps with a wide variety of other CABS related tasks. Nancy also works in our welcome center where she directs calls and visitors to the right department.

MACC is selected by Stratford Mutual Telephone Company
Stratford Mutual Telephone Company (SMTC) has chosen Mid America Computer Corporation (MACC) for its new BSS/OSS solution. The company recently completed its conversion to MACC’s platform and is now using it to meet its billing, customer management, and accounting needs.
Located in Stratford, Iowa the company provides internet, telephone, and cable television to the communities of Stratford, Gilbert, Jewell, and Roland. SMTC is currently in the midst of a significant upgrade to its cable television system in three of its communities. Please join us in welcoming them to the MACC family!
