MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on March 8th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, March 8th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.
Daylight Savings Time reminder
Daylight Savings Time starts at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 8th. Don’t forget to set your switch time AHEAD by one hour at or near 2:00 a.m. on that night.
Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. To schedule Jump Start Training for your employees, please contact Julie Riecken, Training Support Manager, at 402-533-5313 or jriecken@maccnet.com.

Messenger Suite
Customer Master includes a number of notification tools that are available to use. During this session, we’ll provide you with detailed setup information regarding Email and Email-to-Text messages. Examples include Service Order, Trouble Ticket, and Sales Lead notifications, Delinquent Notifications, welcome messages, payment notifications, and other miscellaneous marketing communications. Let Customer Master help you with both internal communication and customer communication!

This advice comes from Casey French, Director of Marketing and PR for Illinois-based CASSCOMM. He led a recent paperless push at his company to increase paperless billing adoption to above 20 percent and save the company more than $11,000 per year in postage costs.

MARS testing is underway for 2020
Companies currently enrolled in our MACC Application Recovery Service (MARS) are entitled to an annual test of the service. This testing is now underway! It is a great opportunity for you to test your company’s disaster recovery ability. During the test, MACC will restore your database within our hosted environment and provide access for up to three users. Your recovery application and data will be available at the start of your scheduled day and will be accessible for up to eight hours.

My daughter and I were recently out for a walk taking advantage of an unseasonably warm weekend day. We noticed quite a few robins flying around the neighborhood, which in eastern Nebraska is a sign spring is on the way.
