MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on April 12th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, April12th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.
Reminder – eMACC applications receive cybersecurity enhancements
Our eMACC Team implemented cybersecurity enhancements across our web applications on Monday, March 16. These enhancements were made to support increased awareness of cybersecurity threats. The enhancements include a required password change to access eMACC products. Login to our Client Pages and then review the Cybersecurity Update on our eMACC page for details.
Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. His position makes Cade, and others on his team, magicians of sorts as they develop the “black magic” behind the scenes that powers MACC’s integrations.

With the current events causing more employees to work from home, we wanted to take a minute to share some helpful tips to keep your environment secure.
Email Security
Hackers have been targeting the work-from-home workforce in an attempt to catch them off guard. Be on the lookout for phishing emails that ask for your credentials or offer an easier way to work from home. If something seems unusual, be sure to verify with the sender before taking any action.
