Save the date for the 2023 MBTC
I know it seems a little early to be talking about a conference in September … but … it will be here before we know it!
Mark your calendars for MBTC 2023, as Session One will be September 6th – 8th and Session Two will be September 11th – 13th. We are busy planning and preparing already, trying to cram learning and fun into a couple of days so we can see as many of you in attendance as possible. From training to breakout sessions to games and more, we promise you will go home with knowledge, tools, and helpful hints to make your workdays easier.

This Earth Day, make plans to save both kinds of green
There is a new page on MACC’s Client Central with ideas and artwork templates your company can use to increase paperless billing adoption rates. We’re calling it the Paperless Billing Hub and it’s fitting its launch coincides with Earth Day this month as the “Hub’s” content can help your company save some green…both in terms of trees and money.

Maintenance Sunday – April 9th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, April 9th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month.
