Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday
Daylight Savings Time ends at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 4th. This is a reminder to set your switch time BACK by one hour at or near 2:00 a.m. on that night (at 2:00 a.m. it becomes 1:00 a.m.).
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on November 11th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, November 11th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.
Thanksgiving support hours
MACC will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 22nd. Regular support hours will be available on Wednesday, November 21st and Friday, November 23rd.
Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Accounting Master and Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. For Accounting Master Jump Start Training, please contact your Client Relations Manager. There are three Customer Master Jump Start Training sessions scheduled for the coming months.

Big news about a big printer
MACC’s printing capabilities are getting bigger…and brighter. In August, the installation of a new “big” printer was completed and it’s now in use as we produce your monthly statements. This new printer increases the speed in which we can complete billing, provides greater reliability and paves the way for color printing.

Some MACC clients have accounts where the network tiers have been disconnected, or USPs have been outdated on those networks, but the account is still active.
