MACC Announcements
MACC will be conducting network maintenance on February 11th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, February 11th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.

Network Number Management
This presentation shows Customer Master users how to manage telephone and other network numbers. We’ll discuss how to set up the maintenance tables associated with network numbers, how to reserve or assign numbers, and the reporting that is available to help monitor network number assignment. Best practices for inventory batch processing
If your company uses inventory, we strongly recommend performing your batch posting process at least monthly, if not weekly. By performing this process on a regular basis, it will make it easier to reconcile your inventory. We’ve found that when companies perform this step less frequently, it makes reconciliation more cumbersome.
