Shane Easterling

Shane Easterling, October’s featured employee, is one of the friendly folks here at MACC you may reach when you call for assistance with Customer Master. As a Software Support Representative, Shane is an expert in using Customer Master and helps our clients with the day-to-day questions they have when using the product.

Q. When did you start at MACC?
A. June 25, 2018

Q. What’s your favorite part of your job?
A. It’s the problem solving aspect of the position. I love solving puzzles and fixing things. Every phone call is something different and it keeps me on my toes.

Q. Can you please tell us about your family?
A. I am married, with three wonderful children and four beautiful grandkids.

Q. What do you do for fun in your free time?
A. I am an avid hiker and YouTuber. I’m really into hiking long distances with minimal gear.

Q. If you could travel anywhere to spend a week on vacation, where would it be?
A. Argentina to work on an organic farm.

Q. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A. Follow your passion.
