BL50O1: Six Month Trending Report: Subscriber Summary Balance

How many times have you sat in a board meeting and had someone ask how this month compares to four or five months ago? Bill Master’s BL50O1 report empowers you to answer this question.

The report displays the totals for a six month period. It also has the six month average so you know how the selected month compares to others. It shows you everything found on the popular BL51A report: Recurring revenue, Usage, Other Charges and Credits, Balance Due Company, Total New Tax, and Advertising.

The first page gives you the totals for the company, and the remaining pages are by report area, so you track certain areas or certain networks, depending on how your report areas are set up. This is a good trending report to spot declines and/or increases in revenue. Another helpful tool is the BL50O2 Report, which gives you company totals for a year and compares revenues from one year ago.
