Technical Information

Make sure to use updated web browsers

by MACC’s Technical Support Team

Effective July 1, 2018, we changed the encryption options for connecting to MACC’s web services. Older protocols and ciphers considered to be weak will no longer be enabled. As a result, some older browsers may have trouble accessing our services. If you have any trouble, please ensure you are using an updated browser.

The affected MACC Web Services include:
• AccessMart
• AM/CABS interface
• Bill Status Page
• eBill
• eDataMaster
• Management Reports (Web Reporting)
• Online Toll Viewing
• Time Management System (TMS)
• Web Self-care (admin and end-user)

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact MACC Technical Support at 402-533-5300 or macctechs@maccnet.com and we will be happy to assist.
