January’s transmit day for first of the month billing is December 23rd. The complete transmit schedule for 2020 is now available. Follow this link to access it.

MACC Announcements

MACC will be conducting network maintenance on December 8th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, December 10th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact your MACC Client Relations Manager or Account Manager if you have questions regarding this maintenance schedule.

Holiday support hours
MACC will be closed in observance of Christmas on December 25th and the New Year on January 1st. Enjoy a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones!

Jump Start Training
Jump Start Training is available for Customer Master at our headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. The training is perfect for new employees or anyone who needs a refresher in using our products. You made 2019 a wonderful year for all of us

As the holidays are upon us again, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the path we’ve taken and to give thanks for those who joined us on the journey. I appreciate all of you for being members of the MACC family, whether you’ve been with us for years or have just come on board during 2019. If you had the opportunity to attend this year’s MBTC, you might have noticed a lot of new faces among your peers as 2019 brought quite a growth spurt to the MACC family tree.

Vishal Chennuru, December’s featured employee, is part of a MACC team which imports this data into our products’ databases. As a MACC Programmer, he writes SQL scripts to process and ensure the new data is converted and loaded successfully.
