President’s Message

You made 2019 a wonderful year for all of us

As the holidays are upon us again, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the path we’ve taken and to give thanks for those who joined us on the journey. I appreciate all of you for being members of the MACC family, whether you’ve been with us for years or have just come on board during 2019. If you had the opportunity to attend this year’s MBTC, you might have noticed a lot of new faces among your peers as 2019 brought quite a growth spurt to the MACC family tree.

Twenty-one of your telecom peers converted to MACC during 2019 with locations ranging from Colorado to Virginia and from Alabama to Michigan. Having more members of the “family” is good for both you and MACC. With an increasing number of MACC clients, we are able to continually reinvest in our products and increase the amount of enhancements included in the software everyone uses. We’re all in this together so to speak and I’m glad you are here with us!

As we look to 2020, MACC will continue to rely on the strengths which brought us to where we are today. We will focus on having the industry’s best customer service, creating two enhancement-packed updates each year for our core products, and providing flexibility with our willingness to interface with other vendors.
