MBTC 2023’s website is live!

If you saw last month’s article on MACC’s Billing and Technology Conference (MBTC) for 2023, you know Session One is scheduled for September 6th through the 8th with Session Two slated for September 11th through the 13th. The end of the onboarding process is the beginning of what is hopefully a long relationship with a new customer. To give your new customers a warm welcome, the Messenger Suite in Customer Master can be configured to automatically distribute “welcome” messages in the form of e-mails after an installation is complete.

Maintenance Sunday – May 14th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, May 14th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month.
