Peace Valley Telephone Company chooses MACC’s billing system

Peace Valley Telephone Company recently completed its conversion to MACC’s billing system. The company is now using MACC software to meet its billing and customer management needs. MACC is also providing carrier access billing services to the company.

Located in Peace Valley, Missouri and locally-owned, Peace Valley Telephone Company provides internet and telephone service to homes and businesses in parts of Howell and Oregon Counties in Missouri. The company has been serving its community since 1958. Please join us in welcoming them to the MACC family!

We can help educate customers on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

Helping companies promote the FCC’s new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) has kept MACC’s Creative Services Team busy over the last month. With many of our clients looking to announce the program to their customers, we created several ACP bill inserts and on-bill ad templates designed for easy customization and use.

Daylight Savings Time reminder
Daylight Savings Time starts at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 13th. Don’t forget to set your switch time AHEAD by one hour at or near 2:00 a.m. on that night.

Maintenance Sunday – March 13th
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Sunday, March 13th, our technicians will conduct maintenance on our network. During this time, web-based services from MACC may be unavailable. This affects MSaaS and all MACC websites (Web Reporting, TMS, FTP, etc.) as well as online access to customer statements. Going forward, MACC will be scheduling network maintenance during the same timeframe on the second Sunday of each month.
