As a Software Support Representative, Shane is an expert in using Customer Master and helps our clients with the day-to-day questions they have when using the product.

A. June 25, 2018
Q. What’s your favorite part of your job?
A. It’s the problem solving aspect of the position. I love solving puzzles and fixing things. Every phone call is something different and it keeps me on my toes.
Q. Can you please tell us about your family?
A. I am married, with three wonderful children and four beautiful grandkids.
Q. What do you do for fun in your free time?
A. I am an avid hiker and YouTuber. I’m really into hiking long distances with minimal gear.
Q. If you could travel anywhere to spend a week on vacation, where would it be?
A. Argentina to work on an organic farm.

A. Follow your passion.
