Corn and Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn (undrained)
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cups of Velveeta (shreds)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, put them in a 9×13 pan, and cook at 350 for about one hour. I typically cover the pan with foil for half the cooking time and stir it when I remove the foil. This can also be cooked in the crockpot on high for two to three hours, stirring occasionally.
